What You Will Work OnIn this role, you will manage and coordinate employee leave processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will handle documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance to employees throughout their leave journey.
You will also collaborate with HR and management to resolve leave-related issues promptly and efficiently. Your work will involve balancing empathy with organizational needs, ensuring a positive experience for employees while maintaining operational continuity.
Who You Will Work WithYou will work closely with HR partners, department managers, and employees across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse teams.

Associate degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
Understanding and application of HIPAA, FLMA, ADA, ERISA, USERRA, and DOL
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels
Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
Ability to remain organized, pay attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
Ability to maintain confidential information
Customer service orientated
Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs and software
Bilingual preferred - read and speak English and Spanish
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
