The Senior Director Omnichannel Operations is responsible for shaping how the company leverages technology, processes, and talent to drive operational efficiency. This role identifies gaps in current practices and leads transformational efforts to align with and exceed industry best practices. The Sr Director partners closely with product teams to define and prioritize the digital roadmap, enabling both internal and external capabilities. A strong understanding of financial metrics is essential, as this role prioritizes resource allocation to maximize customer value and business profitability. Job Description:

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Online Retailing, Information Systems, or a related field required
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 10+ years in eCommerce or omnichannel environments
• 7+ years of management experience, including developing direct reports
• 5+ years leading operational teams and processes, including designing, modifying, and streamlining workflows
• Proven experience in product management within an eCommerce/omnichannel retail setting

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance operational practices across the Omnichannel team
• Partner with product management to define vision, align resources, and establish success metrics
• Lead operational teams including fulfillment, inventory sourcing, fraud prevention, carrier management, and drop ship
• Develop and manage operational reporting and budgets; present regularly to leadership
• Create long-term operational roadmaps focused on scalability and cost-effectiveness
• Build and mentor high-performing product management and operations teams
• Articulate departmental vision and customer capabilities through a sequenced roadmap aligned with business goals
• Leverage analytics, testing, and competitive research to support product releases
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs using internal insights and external research
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product decisions and manage agile development cycles
• Identify and onboard third-party vendors and services to support strategic initiatives
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and agile experimentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build and manage annual budgets for areas of responsibility
• Perform other duties as assigned
