What You Will Work On

This role leads the strategy and daily operations of our corporate travel and relocation programs, ensuring travelers have a safe and seamless experience. You'll guide vendor partnerships and negotiate agreements that balance comfort, service quality, and cost. Continuous improvement is central here, with decisions shaped by data, feedback, and evolving business needs.

You'll oversee complex travel logistics for key initiatives, from new store openings to inventory events. Rapid issue resolution is a major part of the work, requiring calm, confident decision-making. Your efforts help streamline processes, empower travelers, and strengthen the organization's overall travel support structure.

Whether you're aligning with leaders on travel strategy or coordinating logistics with teams across the organization, you'll be a trusted resource who brings clarity and consistency to the travel experience.

What You Bring

Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Event Management, Hospitality Management, or relevant field of study preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience leading, directing, or influencing the work of others in travel reservations, event management, relocation, or other equivalent related experience is required.

  • 3+ years of experience applying general principles, practices, and process management to group travel, event management, or relocation.

  • Experience managing vendor partnerships and negotiating service agreements

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve complex issues independently

  • Analytical ability to evaluate data, trends, and program performance

  • Proficiency with global distribution systems and Microsoft Office programs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed.

  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

  • Comfort managing high-volume tasks with accuracy and care

  • Regular in-office attendance is required

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

  • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
