Description

Acadian Total Security, a division of Acadian Companies, is searching for a detail-oriented Performance Analyst in our Mobile Monitoring Department to provide technical, statistical, and analytical support to the management staff and sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with contract generation for new customers and for add-on purchases (addendums) as needed
  • Perform data entry and device registrations for new accounts
  • Create, maintain, and resolve incoming technical and service ticket requests
  • Assist sales team with onboarding new customers by hosting webinars and phone conferences to offer training on Mobile Monitoring hardware, software, and services
  • Process, package, and ship equipment orders
  • Generate purchase order requests, product ordering, and general inventory responsibilities
  • Generate and customize reports to maximize customer utilization of our fleet management program
  • Assist and train customers in setting up dashboard reports, key fleet metrics, and automated alerts in their databases
  • Schedule and coordinate technician and subcontractors for service and installation appointments
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute departmental operations and sales reports
  • Resolve customer service and technical support inquiries received via phone and email
  • Assist the billing department to ensure proper documentation and accurate invoicing of work orders

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in PC based systems including Microsoft Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze data and recognize trends to make resolution recommendations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision & possess excellent decision making & interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid LA Driver's License with a clear driving record
  • Experience with Commercial & Governmental Bid Process a plus
  • Experience with Fleet Management and/or Transportation Logistics a plus
