Description

Job Duties

• Sales order processing
  • Receiving customer purchase orders and verifying information
  • Enter order into SAP S4 accounting system
  • Confirm order to customer with anticipated ship date
• Purchase order processing
  • Prepare purchase orders for items ordered by customer
  • Submit PO's to vendors – verify receipt of PO by vendor & anticipated ship date
  • Receive items into ACS inventory
• Update inventory records when vendors release price changes in SAP
• Advanced reporting functions as needed for CFO and VP Sales.
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying items received to packing slip (UPS & FedEx Online)
• Prepare outgoing shipments verifying outgoing item against packing slip (UPS & FedEx Online)
• Customer Invoicing
• Handle incoming customer calls referring to appropriate party or email
• Complete AES filings for export orders and attend a monthly meeting to review.
• Special Projects as identified            

Technical Skill set required

• Must have strong PC skills.  Everything we do involves something on the computer.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Office, Excel, etc.)
  • High level of proficiency using Excel.  Working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, look up function, filters,etc.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other ERP Systems.
• Able to lift packages up to 30lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelors' degree preferred
