Description
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with experience and a strong interest in Men's Health, Anti-Aging Medicine, Longevity, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. A strong medical background with experience and especially interest in hormonal imbalances, endocrinology, functional medicine, nutrition, exercise and preventative health maintenance is preferred. The incumbent will be someone who can work independently and has superior communication skills.
We are looking for someone to take on the role of provider who, after additional training and
onboarding can work independently to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. The job description of a PA includes conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab tests, and developing, initiating, and monitoring individualized treatment plans. You'll be both a health practitioner and an educator, supporting disease prevention practices and helping people lead healthy lives. While we treat both men and women, our current needs are primarily in the area of men's health and hormone replacement therapy.
We will mentor and train the right person in most of the treatments we perform. The “right person” is about communication skills, being a team member, and understanding the concerns of our patients. Previous experience in the following fields will be most helpful: men's/women's health, anti-aging therapy, regenerative medicine, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, hormonal imbalances, endocrinology, functional medicine, nutrition, exercise, and preventative health maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Examine patients and their medical records
- Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Propose individual treatments based on history, conditions, and concerns
- Prescribe medications
- Document and maintain accurate records and schedules
- Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics, and prevention
- Oversee patients' overall health
- Promote good health practices
- Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
- Proven experience as Physician Assistant – 3 years preferred
- Expertise in men's health practices, ED, etc
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ethics

- Strong interpersonal, compassion, and organization skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving to determine best treatment plan

- Valid physician assistant license
The Age Management Center (AMC) was established in 2006 and is an employee-owned and managed concierge medical practice. The Age Management Center works with men and women seeking antiaging therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and regenerative medicine options. Patients are provided with individualized treatment plans based on their specific medical history, condition(s), and concerns. Our goal at AMC is to address the undesirable symptoms often associated with the aging process and to improve overall quality of life. Our providers are always accessible when questions arise.
The Age Management Center treats conditions and symptoms commonly associated with aging such as decreased energy, libido, muscle mass, endurance and unwanted fat accumulation through bio-identical hormone therapy. We also use regenerative medicine, including Stem Cell Exosome Therapy, for orthopedic conditions and metabolic wellness.
Remuneration is based on expedience. We provide healthcare benefits, a 401K, monthly profit-sharing based on production and as an employee-owned company, and shares in the company after working here for a specified time.
