About the Role

Lead a diverse team of system engineers, analysts, and interns focused on Manufacturing Systems (MES, LIMS, Historian, Analytics).
Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes team success and individual career development.
Collaborate with local and central teams to prioritize and manage IT and Automation projects.
Provide hands-on support on technical activities once required (OSISoft PI AF and Vision - Support and Development, Power BI Reports Development).
Manage the priorities for projects and change requests by working closely with the local lead team and the central teams (Digital Transformation & CoE).
Drive global project execution and act as a technology consultant to local leadership.
Ensure system reliability and project deliverables meet expectations.
Promote innovation and a forward-thinking culture within the department.
Serve as the key liaison between the plant and North American ITAS leadership to ensure alignment between plant and corporate activities, projects, and requirements.
Ensure compliance across IT and Process Control Systems (PCS).
What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or similar field) or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
2+ years of experience leading IT or technical teams, especially in operational environments.
Skilled in IT and Automation systems (PLC, OSISoft PI, custom solutions).
Knowledge in data analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI.
Familiar with project management and agile methodologies.
A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
Organized and resourceful, able to manage multiple projects and remove roadblocks.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Travel less than 5%.
