About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for driving project success to join our global Information Technology & Automation Solutions (ITAS) team where your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver successful value adding projects for the business.

As the Project Management Lead, you will be our representative of the ITAS Operations Portfolios Project Management Office, guiding and empowering project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while managing PMO processes across global operations.

Additional key tasks will include:

  • Maintaining project management frameworks: By staying current with industry trends and contribute to the adaptation of the ITAS Project Management Methodology (PMM) frameworks.

  • Evolving Project Management Information System (PMIS): You will contribute to continuous improvement and keep user interactions with this information system as streamlined as possible while meeting enterprise needs.

  • Coaching & supporting the ITAS community: Adapting project management requirements and providing expert guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and using critical judgement while maintaining compliance.

  • Contributing to ITAS improvement initiatives: You will apply your project management skills to help ITAS improve its internal processes that will drive consistency and excellence across all projects.

  • Delivering on PMO objectives: Creating value will be your focus by applying the appropriate level of project management and diving deep into understanding customers needs to exercise judgment in utilisation of the toolset.

What you can bring to the role

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or in a similar field, coupled with a Project Management certification.

  • Knowledge and experience of both Predictive and Agile project management approaches with exposure to application development, system integration and technical architecture designs.

  • You're analytical, open-minded with a creative approach to problem solving.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage with and draw together multiple stakeholder groups towards a common goal, bridging geographical and organisational boundaries.

  • Business acumen with a persistent and flexible approach to achieving positive outcomes.

  • Demonstrated flexibility to deploy IT/OT domain knowledge across different project sizes and types within a global environment.
