The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to perform comprehensive analysis of data for use in commercial B2B environments. The BI Analyst will be responsible for creating and maintaining BI dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to support business decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to support commercial B2B initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategies.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a commercial B2B environment.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
-Experience with Commercial/Enterprise Sales reporting
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
