THE ROLE:

AMD is seeking a commercially driven marketing leader to lead B2B marketing strategy and execution across Northern Europe, with a focus on the United Kingdom, Norway and Sweden. The role will develop and deliver an integrated regional marketing plan spanning Channel and Enterprise audiences, aligned with AMD's broader EMEA business priorities.

Reporting to the EMEA B2B Marketing Lead, you will translate the overall EMEA strategy into a clear, actionable and measurable regional plan. You will partner closely with Sales leadership and connect AMD's Business Units, central marketing functions, OEM teams, Global Account Managers, partners and agencies to deliver coordinated marketing programs across the region.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial marketer to shape AMD's regional marketing approach, lead and develop a team, and use marketing to create demand, progress pipeline and support revenue growth. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong stakeholder leadership and a rigorous approach to measuring marketing performance.

THE PERSON:

You are a strategic and commercially minded B2B marketer who is equally comfortable setting direction and driving execution. You understand how Enterprise and Channel marketing work together to create demand and support business growth, and you bring a strong understanding of partner marketing, demand generation, events and localized marketing execution.

You are a confident communicator and relationship builder who can influence across complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups. You know how to bring clarity to competing priorities, make commercially informed decisions and translate strategy into focused execution.

As a people leader, you are comfortable coaching and developing regional marketers across Channel and Enterprise disciplines, setting clear objectives, providing direction and empowering the team to deliver results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and lead the Northern Europe B2B marketing strategy and integrated 360-degree marketing plan across Enterprise and Channel.
  • Translate EMEA B2B priorities into locally relevant programs aligned with regional market dynamics, Sales priorities, target accounts, customer needs and partner opportunities.
  • Own and manage the allocated regional commercial marketing budget, measuring return on marketing investment across Channel activities and AMD-led campaigns.
  • Track and evaluate marketing contribution to demand generation, pipeline progression and closed-won revenue.
  • Partner closely with regional and EMEA Sales leadership to establish shared priorities, measurable objectives and clear marketing plans.
  • Serve as the senior regional Marketing lead, providing strategic counsel, direction and regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, market gaps and competitive risks, recommending marketing investment and activities that support AMD's growth objectives.
  • Drive effective collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring clear ownership, alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Lead regional Enterprise marketing activities designed to create awareness, engagement, qualified demand and pipeline progression.
  • Lead the regional Channel marketing strategy across distributors and retailers, partnering with OEM Marketing teams and the wider ecosystem.
  • Lead, coach and develop the regional marketing team, ensuring clear objectives and alignment with AMD's commercial and route-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Channel Sales, partner teams and Business Units to develop joint go-to-market programs, enablement activities and demand-generation initiatives.
  • Ensure Channel programs are commercially focused and measured against agreed pipeline, revenue and partner engagement objectives.
  • Connect Enterprise and Channel initiatives where appropriate to strengthen customer reach, partner participation and overall regional impact.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • B2B marketing experience within the semiconductor, high-tech or broader technology industry; experience gained within an agency environment supporting relevant technology clients is also valued.
  • Strong Channel or partner marketing experience working with distributors, systems integrators or ecosystem partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior Sales leaders and influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working across Business Units, central marketing functions, partner organizations and external agencies.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated regional marketing plans across multiple countries or markets.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and the role of marketing in supporting pipeline progression and revenue growth.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, promotional strategy and social media, with the ability to adapt plans for local markets.
  • Experience managing events, including large-scale industry events and on-site execution.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple geographies.
  • Commercial negotiation skills with the ability to develop effective co-marketing programs with distributors and partners.
  • Experience across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to Server and Commercial Client audiences is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
