THE ROLE:
We are looking for a leader to drive strategic business development in our Server Channel and GSI business. He/She will be responsible for driving AMD's channel and GSI partnerships and business, focused primarily on AMD's Enterprise and Datacenter solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement AMD's Server strategy to grow our channel business
- Develop and implement AMD's Server strategy to grow our partnerships and associated business with GSI's
- Build deep relationships with channel and GSI executives, while expanding our partnership to grow the Server business
- Drive a comprehensive enablement plan with channel and GSI partners, including sales and pre-sales training, program optimization, and alignment of AMD and partner 4P planning.
- Identify challenges currently faced by AMD's Channel and GSI engagements, and work with executives, both internally and externally, to grow and accelerate AMD's momentum.
- Establish the operational capability, with KPI's, to monitor and drive growth within AMD's Server channel business.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a comparable role, owning the success of driving channel and/or GSI business.
- Commercial Channel Experience: an established background in Commercial and Datacenter channel business, with at least 10 years progressive responsibilities
- Customer Experience: strong historical interaction and executive relationship building within key customers and partners.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering preferred. MBA would be a plus.
