THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be primarily responsible to manage distributor resale, inventory, rebate processing, and reconciliation. This role requires close collaboration with Revenue Accounting, Regional Finance, Customer Operations, and Sales teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. It offers opportunities for professional growth as the team supports business expansion.
THE PERSON:
You are results-oriented and self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You can adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle distributor resale, inventory, and rebate processing & reconciliation.
- Address all customer requests and provide timely following through with resolving any customer issues.
- Perform reporting and analysis to aid decision‑making.
- Being a key contact for internal / external reporting & audit regarding distributor resale, inventory, and customer claims.
- Ensure smooth month end close and ensure compliance to GAAP, policies & SOX Key Controls.
- Lead & manage projects / assignments and process improvements.
- Involve in KPI & metrics tracking and measurement.
- Prepare reports & presentation decks for management and business partners.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong business acumen on business activities with the strong leadership and action-oriented mind.
- Proactive, detailed oriented and solid analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with good spoken & written English (Chinese language is an added advantage).
- Assertive, creative, and ready to work in a changing environment.
- A self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good teamwork player.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong/advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
- SAP experience preferred.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
