JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Beijing (or remote)
• Duration: 2025/07 - 2025/12

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

1. 大模型推理加速优化研究
2. 研究和开发大语言模型的训练和微调算法

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

1. 自然语言处理/机器学习相关硕士/博士在校生。
2. 有nlp相关项目经验，熟悉transformer，熟悉至少一种大语言模型（例如Bert/GPT/LLAMA等），对学术研究感兴趣。
3. 熟悉会python/C++ /CUDA/Triton的，有并行化开发经验。了解pytorch、深度学习算法、transformers的
4. 了解efficient attention (例如linear attention, sliding window attention等)。或有 kv cache, 模型加速经验。
加分项：
5. 在人工智能、机器学习、自然语言处理等相关顶会/期刊发表过论文。
