THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have managerial experience and have a strong understanding of all aspects of PCBA supply chain management, including demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, and supplier management. The candidate will also have a proven track record of success in delivering results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

THE PERSON:

The candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop and execute supply chain plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage delivery, cost and inventory with a team of Planners
• Ensure On Time Delivery of Finished Goods to customers.
• Manage lead time and develop proactive measures to improve delivery and lead time.
• Perform Supply and Demand analysis to replenish supplies to support Finished Goods shipments.
• Assign original order schedule dates and perform rescheduling based on materials availability.
• Work closely with 3PL partner on Finished Goods Kitting processes, and issuing Work Orders to the Warehouse.
• Manage expedite management for critical customer requirements.
• Execute MRP and ERP transactions for supply chain operations.
• Manage Forecast and drive planning methodology and policy improvements.
• Manage Product Life Cycle from NPI to PDN.
• Manage E&O levels and processes

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years' managerial experience in Supply Chain or Production Planning.
• Experience in managing end-to-end Supply Chain.
• Good quantitative skills and strong analytical ability.
• Highly organized and precise.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques.
• Proficient in SAP and MRP (Kinaxis) applications.
• Can drive continuous process improvements and is able to work with limited supervision.
• APICS Certification is a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
