THE PERSON:

The candidate for this position must have prior experience managing an FPGA or ASIC development projects. The successful candidate demonstrates the ability model program financial scenarios and have clear confident executive communication skills. You will have experience and/or knowledge of the microprocessor industry, financial analysis and operations management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and run financial models to enable quick scenario planning, bridging between the business unit and supporting finance teams
• Coordinate across Finance and Global Operations to ensure a sound business plan that meets critical financial objectives
• Business Acumen - The ability to analyze markets, build business cases, develop pricing strategies, and build product transition strategies
• Ability to define, create and automate generation of dashboards and metrics
• Ability to generate consultant quality presentations, mange executive communications including customer and exec level material

 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Primary degree in business and/or finance, with progressive years of work experience
• Financial analysis, P&L management experience
• Background in operations management
• FPGA (or ASIC) design and development experience
• Experience driving programs across multiple organizations, including global organizations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to convey concepts and recommendations at multiple levels in the organization
• Strong judgment is expected in assessing and managing risks and key dependencies
• A self-starter with excellent project planning and management skills
