THE ROLE:
For APAC & India, the Regional Pipeline Partner is responsible for working directly with the regional sales organization and the Regional Business Operations Manager to manage and accelerate the sales pipeline for all lines of business. This role focuses on steady-state pipeline governance, deal acceleration, pipeline hygiene, and alignment with strategic account priorities, ensuring that regional sellers have the insights and support needed to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Steady-State Pipeline Management – Maintain and enforce consistent pipeline discipline within the region, including coverage ratios, stage definitions, and data quality.
- Deal Reviews & Unstalling – Participate in regular pipeline and forecast reviews, identify stalled deals, and partner with sales teams to drive next-step actions or requalification.
- Samples / POCs Tracking – Ensure sample deployments and proofs of concept are tracked accurately in the pipeline and aligned with MEDDIC qualification.
- MEDDIC Application – Champion use of MEDDIC methodology across regional deals to ensure high-quality opportunity qualification and progression.
- Pipeline Hygiene – Work with sellers and operations to maintain accurate, timely, and complete CRM data, addressing gaps or inconsistencies.
- Focus Accounts – Monitor pipeline health and engagement in focus accounts, ensuring strategic attention and resource alignment.
- Regional Collaboration – Serve as the bridge between HQ Commercial and the regional teams, aligning initiatives, tools, and campaigns to regional needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Partner closely with the Regional Business Operations Manager to deliver consistent seller engagement and aligned pipeline strategies.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or commercial strategy
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions and pipeline dynamics
- Skilled in CRM usage (preferably Salesforce) and basic analytics
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
