THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Commercial sales team and serve as the Indonesia Representative Officer. The core focus of the Sr. Sales Manager will be to lead the local sales team in driving demand for AMD-based products across Indonesia. This role involves establishing and executing the Indonesia sales strategy and ensuring revenue and market share goals are met. The ideal candidate will operate with the utmost integrity and trust, working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, global account managers (GAMs), PR, Operations, and regional AMD leadership. Success will be measured by the achievement of all revenue and unit goals.

- Ability to travel (up to 25%).
- Drive achievement of revenue, unit sales, and market share targets across all product segments (Client, Datacentre, AI Accelerators).
- Act as AMD's senior representative for government engagement, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership at OEMs, SIs, VARs, key channel partners, and ecosystem partners.
- Foster collaboration with AMD's marketing and technical teams to implement impactful campaigns and enablement programs.
- Strengthen AMD's position in key verticals such as government, education, financial services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Champion AMD's value proposition in digital transformation initiatives across public and private sectors.
- Represent AMD at industry events, panels, and partner forums to drive thought leadership and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contribute to regional planning.
- Operationalize forecast and pipeline management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and provide executive-level reporting on overall program and market impact.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, forecast planning, and performance tracking through tools such as SFDC.
- Work with Marketing team and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in technology sales, business development, or general management.
- Proven track record of managing complex business environments and driving growth through partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian IT landscape, enterprise and government procurement cycles, and channel dynamics.
- Existing relationships with senior executives at OEMs (e.g., Acer, Asus, Dell, HPI, HPE, Lenovo, MSI, SMC etc), SIs, and strategic resellers.
- Experience leading teams and working in matrixed global organizations.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Bilingual desirable – Bahasa and English.
