Job Summary:   As a BI Manager at AMD, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive BI dashboarding solutions across all regions and business units at AMD. Your role will involve organizing best practices, engaging with business stakeholders, and driving better alignment from sell-in revenue to sell-out demand tracking. Through the delivery of actionable insights, you will enable higher revenue, margin, and market share for AMD.   Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BI dashboarding solutions that cater to the needs of various regions and business units.
• Organize and promote best practices in BI and data analytics, including developing a roadmap to utilize AI and natural language capabilities for BI.
• Engage with business stakeholders across all regions to understand their requirements and provide tailored BI solutions.
• Drive alignment between sell-in and sell-out processes to ensure seamless operations and improved business outcomes.
• Deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and contribute to higher revenue, margin, and market share.
• Identify opportunities and risks to action across sales and BU teams at both a macro and detailed level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of BI solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Bridge the gap between technical analytics and business strategy by ensuring the BI outputs are aligned with company objectives and market realities.
• Develop & mentor analysts to produce analysis for ad-hoc business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BI and data analytics, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of BI tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, etc.
• Experience with relational SQL and No-SQL databases.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX calculations and data modeling.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Experience in driving business alignment and improving operational efficiency.
• Provide executive reporting to senior leadership, ensuring that key metrics and insights are communicated effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a related field.
• Familiarity with AMD's products and business processes.
