The Role Join AMD's Display Team, the group behind the stunning visuals powering PCs, gaming consoles, and cutting-edge monitors. We're looking for an Engineer with experience who can bridge traditional driver development with the emerging world of AI. This role focuses on Windows dGPU display drivers, enabling next-gen graphics cards and display technologies.

You'll work on low-level driver code in C/C++, debug complex kernel issues, and optimize performance for millions of users worldwide. Beyond that, we want someone who can leverage AI tools and Agentic AI concepts to participate in accelerating development, workflows automation, and innovate in driver validation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement advanced display driver features for Windows platforms.
  • Perform kernel-level debugging and resolve real-world display issues.
  • Collaborate with global teams and leading display manufacturers.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions for driver validation, performance tuning, and automation.
  • Contribute to hardware bring-up for next-generation GPUs and display technologies (FreeSync™, 8K gaming, VR).
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ and low-level programming.
  • Solid understanding of Operating Systems and graphics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, MCPs, frameworks, and Agentic AI concepts.
Preferred
  • Passion for gaming, GPUs, and display technologies.
  • Experience applying Agentic AI in software development workflows.
  • Background in Windows or Linux kernel debugging
