About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Platform Procurement Manager to be based out of our Taipei, Taiwan office to manager Cable and Connector supply.
What You Will Do
- RFQ with Cable/Connector suppliers for Costed BOM, related NPI development costs and change history with Cable/Connector suppliers based on each milestone of design phase.
- Manage raw material readiness status with Cable/Connector suppliers, track and report key material shortage and co-work with function team and suppliers to pull in raw material delivery schedule, reduce supply chain risk.
- Track and manage Cable/Connector BOM and Part numbers on each milestone of design phase.
- Release Cable/Connector FCST and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate with suppliers to manage/secure material delivery schedule.
- Co-work with Cable/Connector suppliers to plan/perform risk management for material readiness and reduce E&O.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Industrial/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 6+ years' experience in the ODM/OEM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry.
- Direct experience in supply chain function is a plus.
- 6+ years' experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups.
- Proficiency in English and bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills.
- Well knowledge of BOM structure, design process in Cable/Connector (servers/Rack).
- Advanced analytical and communications skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Planning and Organization: Plan actions with well-structure tracker.
- Accountability: Take action proactively and timely until issue resolves.
- Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Drive for results: Consistently goes above and beyond what the job or situation requires.
