THE ROLE:
You will lead strategic executive communications and shape the narratives that define our most important moments. Reporting to the Head of CEO Communications, you will own keynote scripts, executive presentations, and high impact messaging for the CEO and senior leaders across global events, investor engagements, product launches, and internal forums.
You will turn strategy, technology, and financial performance into clear, compelling stories. You will partner across Marketing, Product, Investor Relations, HR, and Design to ensure one consistent, powerful voice. You will prepare leaders with sharp briefing materials and rehearsal support so they show up confident, focused, and aligned.
This is a visible role with direct exposure to top leadership. Your work will influence how customers, investors, employees, and media understand our strategy and ambition.
THE PERSON:
You are a strategic communicator who knows how to turn complex ideas into simple, persuasive narratives. You are comfortable advising senior leaders and confident pushing for clarity and focus when it matters most. You think in story arcs, not slides. You care about precision, impact, and audience experience.
You bring:
• 8+ years in executive communications, speechwriting, strategic messaging, or a related field
• Proven experience developing keynote scripts and high visibility executive presentations
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a clear, modern voice
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work across technical and financial content
• Experience supporting live events, investor forums, or major product moments
• Executive presence and sound judgment in high stakes situations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• A collaborative style and the confidence to influence across functions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead end to end development of CEO and executive keynotes, from narrative architecture to final script
• Build clear, visually strong presentations in partnership with creative and brand teams
• Translate corporate strategy, AI innovation, and product roadmaps into compelling stories
• Develop briefing documents, Q&A, and talking points for major engagements
• Partner cross functionally to ensure alignment across messaging, data, and positioning
• Drive consistency of voice across events, internal forums, and external platforms
• Continuously refine narrative frameworks to strengthen clarity, differentiation, and impact
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in semiconductor, AI, enterprise technology, or other complex global industries
• Background supporting public company executives
• Strong understanding of investor and media environments
• Experience shaping messaging during periods of growth, transformation, or market inflection
