THE ROLE:
This position is responsible for managing HR Strategic projects which support our 'scale' goal including AI in HR.
THE PERSON:
You are a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision and be knowledgeable in Project Management, Process Improvement and Change Management philosophies in order to build rigorous project approach, timelines and execution plans. Knowledge of the HR function a plus. The position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management of HR's scale projects including building voice of business, improvement opportunities and stakeholder engagement and change management plans to roll out new projects or programs across HR and the business.
- Project Manage or guide the project management and process improvement activities of recommended improvements
- Host ‘replay and reflect' discussions at the close of each project
- Support the continued evolution of HR's Project Management Office.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong Project Management skillset, with a passion for process improvement.
- Experience building a project governance structure and overseeing multiple projects to launch at the same time
- Knowledge of Smartsheet an advantage
- Knowledge of HR systems, connections with HR stakeholders and user interfaces an advantage
- Able to quickly build strong relationships across HR and stakeholders
- Demonstrate data driven decision making, analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline preferred
PMP certification preferred
