Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world's largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quality Systems Coordinator located in Dundalk, Ireland.

Reporting to the Quality Manager IE, the Quality Systems Coordinator role will be part of an excellent team, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative. You will be responsible for the ongoing design, development, maintenance, improvement, and communication of the Quality Management System (QMS) & performance metrics.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible for management of documented information in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard requirements

  • Plan and coordinate Certification body and customer quality audits as required, as well as periodic Management Review of the Quality Management System

  • Support other departments and functions in compliance with their QMS responsibilities

  • Conduct internal Quality and 6S audits & participate in Gemba walks as required

  • Carry out induction training with new hires on Quality topics as required and promote and provide training & support on the use of the QMS

  • Update daily SQDIP boards with quality metrics and alerts as required

  • Provide training and support on quality tools (e.g., RCCA, 5Why's, Ishikawa, Control charts, Pareto etc.) and improvement activities as necessary

  • Ensure that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes to the processes are planned and implemented through use of change management procedures

  • Preparation of quality reports for quality meetings, management, and customer reviews as required

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Relevant third level qualification and / or significant experience in a similar role

  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Qualification

  • Green Belt qualification would be an advantage

  • Significant experience in carrying out internal process audits and in hosting certification / surveillance audits

  • Proficient Microsoft office user (including Sharepoint and Teams)

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills

  • Problem solver, disciplined in collecting information, ascertaining root cause of issues, Identifying, and implementing practical & effective solutions
