To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an US Associate Product Line Manager - Switchgear, PDU's, RPP's located in Remote US.
Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Switchgear the US Associate Product Line Manager - Switchgear, PDU's, RPP's will assist in areas such as P&L analysis, customer engagement, market strategy, pricing recommendations, operational excellence, and R&D input, with a strong emphasis on compliance with NEMA, UL and other relevant US standards. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to position Anord Mardix as a leader in switchgear, PDU and RPP solutions.
What a typical day looks like:
- Assist in the development and recommendations of product line strategies tailored to the US market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans and product launches. Assist in monitoring and analyzing P&L performance for the Product Line in the US, providing insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth in our go to market approach.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in product development, engineering.
- Conduct ongoing research to understand US market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs.
The experience we're looking to add to our team,
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
- 1+ Years experience in product management, or a related field, ideally in switchgear, PDU or RPP solutions.
- Ability to learn P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development within US.
- Understanding of US market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards (NEMA, UL, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and support sustainability initiatives and ESG implementation.
- Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Some experience with data center, electric utility and/or renewable energy markets.
- Willingness to travel (50% travel).
