In this role, you will provide our customers with expert assistance to a wide variety of questions and problems. Unlike most CSR roles, you will build ongoing business relationships with our customers through repeated contact and consultation. As this is a service and parts center, our ability to get customers' business often depends on your ability to quickly and efficiently provide them with the right parts and/or solutions – especially when customers are experiencing costly equipment breakdowns. You will also have duties that will require mechanical aptitude and a technical problem-solving approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inside Sales responsibilities

  • Directly engaged in all sales activities

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of the company's service offerings

  • Build ongoing relationships with customers

  • Responding to customer product inquiries both in person (branch) and via phone/email

  • Providing support to the outside sales force

  • Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system

  • Selection and conversion of mechanical components as well as basic system design

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven mechanical background

  • A history of successful customer service

  • Self-motivated

  • Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed

  • Interest in customer satisfaction and desire to provide excellent service always

  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Analytical and problem-solving capability

  • Computer literacy with focus on Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP

  • SAP experience would be an asset
