Billing Specialist
ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Billing Specialist to work in our Costa Mesa, CA location.
The successful candidate will:
- Process in-person, phone, electronic, and hard copy work orders, turning them into invoices.
- Contact clients by email or phone to get proper billing requirements for invoicing needed by the customer.
- Examine original hard copy work orders and digital documents for completeness and defects.
- E-mail or call customers with questions regarding orders when appropriate.
- Follow estimating procedures for review and approval in various situations
- Perform other tasks, duties, or functions as directed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- A willingness to learn how to use our Manufacturing & Print Management System (MFG).
- A working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Preferably 1-2 years of billing and customer service experience.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to understand and accurately communicate cost estimate information to the customer.
- Ability to multi-task.
