- Rehab RN, 36 or 48 hour option, NIGHTS
- Every other weekend
- Float to other areas if not needed on rehab
- 1:5 nurse to patient ratio
- 60% of our admission fall into top 13 diagnosis for rehab: stroke, brain/spine injuries, multiple traumas, amputations, fractures, neurological disorders. Other diagnoses include debility, respiratory failure, cardiac surgeries, etc.
- Work closely with therapy to get patient independent. We do have central lines, trachs, feeding tubes, oxygen, cpap, IV meds/antibiotics, accu checks, pain management, bowel and bladder management, foleys, straight cath and bladder scanning, telemetry, dressing changes, skin prevention, precautions for movement, swallowing, isolation, and assessments completed every shift.
