This position is based in Gainesville, FL, and offers a hybrid work model with three days at the ASMBS office and two days in a remote office. The role is full-time, operating on a 40-hour workweek with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison for surgeon and integrated health membership committees, overseeing the application process and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive member engagement strategies.
• Conduct research to understand member demographics and preferences.
• Drive communication campaigns to promote member engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with members through personalized outreach and events.
• Monitor feedback and metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to recruit new members and expand our membership base.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in membership management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with membership management software.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Travel required 1 time a year.
