• Assist with patient flow and daily care procedures

• Set up and support medical procedures within your scope

• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms, labs, and treatment areas

• Support client education on preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans®

• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners

• Mentor and support fellow hospital team members

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• NAVTA-approved Veterinary Assistant program certificate (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Must demonstrate core NAVTA-level technical competencies

• Action-oriented and team-focused

• Positive, reliable, and passionate about animal care

• Strong communicator with a commitment to excellence
