Cafe B Coordinator

Barnstable Academy is seeking a reliable and friendly individual to manage daily operations of Cafe B, ensure smooth service, and support school events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage snack and lunch inventory, including ordering from local restaurants and restocking items.
  • Monitor and track payments through the school's payment portal, ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
  • Serve snacks during break and lunches during lunch periods each school day.
  • Prepare and provide snacks for professional development sessions, campus events, and other school gatherings throughout the year.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe café environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors'
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools for tracking payments and orders.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Compensation:

Part-time, school-year position.

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

$25 per hour.
