Are you a licensed mental health leader who is passionate about building high-quality clinical programs, supporting clinicians, and improving outcomes for students? Invo Healthcare, a proud member of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking a full-time Manager of Educational & Behavioral Services to lead our school-based mental health team in Oakland, CA.
This leadership role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring others, ensuring clinical excellence, and partnering with school districts to expand access to high-quality mental health services. As a key member of our IMPACT leadership team, you'll play an integral role in supporting clinicians, strengthening school partnerships, and helping students thrive.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current California LCSW or LPC license required
-Previous leadership or management experience overseeing clinical teams
- Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, clinical documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a team of school-based mental health professionals
- Promote high-quality, evidence-based mental health services that improve student outcomes
- Support clinician onboarding, coaching, performance development, and professional growth
- Monitor clinical quality, documentation, compliance, and program fidelity
- Partner with district administrators, school leaders, and families to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex student needs and remove barriers to learning
- Analyze program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource while helping cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture
