As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, you'll become part of a global software team working on BMC AMI Ops Monitor for MQ, one of the leading solutions in the BMC AMI Operations product family. These tools help the world's largest organizations monitor and automate their mission-critical Mainframe environments.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or a practical engineering diploma in software or similar.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); Hebrew is a plus.
- A high level of motivation and curiosity to learn and grow in the world of software testing and automation.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute.
Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
- Some experience or coursework in automation coding.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum.
- Exposure to ISPF, JCL, Python, or REXX.
- Interest or basic understanding of subsystems like CICS, IMS, or MQ.
