The Lead Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue goals while increasing market awareness of key BMC solutions, and creating deeper relationships with existing customers. The marketing plan is multi-tiered with 1:1, 1:few and 1:many programs and includes measurements on overall marketing contribution to pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high ROI from integrated campaigns, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with a large, dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the integrated marketing strategy for assigned area, in close collaboration with marketing leadership, sales team and partners ecosystem
  • Develop regional marketing plans for different account segments that focus on three major objectives – build pipeline, accelerate pipeline and nurture relationships with high-propensity-to-buy accounts
  • Develop, update, and maintain partner specific marketing content, e.g., collateral, thought leadership, etc. in conjunction with global demand and ABM teams and solution marketing organization
  • Work with the extended partner team across the region to position, promote awareness and drive revenue through the adoption of BMC and joint offerings within the partner ecosystem, supporting the strategic use of co-marketing budgets and regional allocations with field marketing leadership
  • Work with other marketing pilar areas to optimize events, digital and social media campaigns, supporting global initiatives with localized focus, input and customization
  • Oversee and optimize the lead management process, set continued nurture workflow, monitor and analyze lead progress, conversion rates, and other key metrics to assess the success of marketing programs
  • Manage external agencies in the execution of programs across the area
  • Manage program budgets within BMC guidelines across demand teams
  • Able to dynamically adapt to changes in market and corporate strategy
  • Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust program mix accordingly to meet sales needs.  Ability to convert data into knowledge.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years related marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment. 
  • Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with a target audience mix of IT decision makers, senior level business buyers and technical influencers
  • Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
  • Analytical and process skills
  • Good understanding of demand generation, and effective progression tactics.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
  • Excellent time management and conflict resolutions skills
