We help our customers free up time and space to become an Autonomous Digital Enterprise that conquers the opportunities ahead - and are relentless in the pursuit of innovation! This team is a responsible for BMC's enterprise Digital Service Operations Management (DSOM) platform (ITSM and ITOM) and applications, a leader in its domain. Many large enterprise use these product for their IT services.  BMC is looking for a QA Tech Lead to join a QE team working on complex and distributed software, developing test plans, executing tests, developing automation & assuring product quality. 
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

• Provide functional work flows, test data, and support to Performance testing
• Support UAT, including obtaining official sign-off approval on releases ready for UAT and production
• Champion agility and improvement in test process
• Facilitate complex group meetings and conducts information gathering sessions with groups across IT offshore teams
• Own Quality and Technical Agreements, may lead or support Supplier and Distributor Audits, and Quality review meetings
• Accountable for all quality KPIs for the Germany country cluster, and other countries within EMEA, as required.
• As an active member of Shire Global QA Community, contribute to develop and strengthen Shire global quality management systems, and provide flexible support to Shire business both at the country cluster level and global level.
• Test new development on all marketplace products.
• Work closely with CX & UX team to make sure code meets defined product requirements.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 

• You have 10+ years of experience in a QA Engineer and Devops.
• You have experience as a QA Tech Lead.
• You have knowledge of Linux, Windows, and virtualization technologies 
• You worked on complex distributed systems.
• You have a test-oriented thinking with attention to details 
• You are a people-oriented team player that holds a proactive approach and ability to solve complex problems 
• You have effective communication and collaboration skills 

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: 

• Automation Framework experience using Selenium / TestNG.
• DSOM Product knowledge.
• DevOps fundamental's knowledge.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,315,400 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 
The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
