Join us as a Paid Media Execution Manager!
As the Paid Media Execution Manager at BMC, you will be responsible for flawless execution, optimization, and performance tracking of digital paid media campaigns across global platforms. This role is pivotal in translating strategic demand generation goals into high-impact, data-driven media activations that fuel pipeline growth and brand visibility. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: 
Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, CTV, and programmatic DSPs (e.g. 6sense).
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with media agencies and internal stakeholders to define rules of engagement and execution readiness.
  • Design and execute retargeting strategies in coordination with nurture workflows and buyer stages.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing ops teams to ensure accurate attribution and reporting dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Field Marketing, Content, Brand, Demand and Sales to align campaign messaging and targeting.
  • Participate in planning sessions to define quarterly media game plans and channel mix strategies.
Governance & Compliance
  • Uphold GDPR and data governance standards in all campaign execution activities.
  • Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, QA processes, and media briefs.
Innovation & Testing
  • Drive A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Stay current with digital media trends and recommend new channels or tactics to improve reach and efficiency.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media execution. Agency background highly preferred.
  • You have hands-on experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
  • You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • You have excellent project management and communication skills.
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Martech ecosystems and campaign orchestration tools (e.g. 6sense, SalesLoft) are a plus.
  • Experience working with B2B demand generation teams and ABM strategies is a plus.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $99,600 - $166,000
