This role reports into the Sales Data & AI team and will work closely with the GTM teams, Revenue Operations, IT, and external platform vendors.  Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

    • Own platform administration, configuration support, dashboard enhancements, AI insight enablement, prompt refinement, user feedback, and business value delivery.
    • Partner with the GTM business stakeholders to ensure the platform includes the critical capabilities required to run revenue operations effectively.
    • Translate business needs into platform requirements, feature requests, user stories, acceptance criteria, dashboards, workflows, prompts, and enhancement roadmaps.
    • Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate releases, test new capabilities, influence roadmap items, and ensure business-critical features are incorporated into the platform.
  • Data Quality, Validation, and Metrics Trust
    • Lead data quality and validation efforts across Aviso AI, and related revenue intelligence outputs.
    • Validate key revenue metrics, dashboard outputs, forecast views, pipeline views, AI-generated insights, and executive reports for accuracy, consistency, and business trust.
    • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues related to accounts, opportunities, forecasts, activities, users, roles, territories, hierarchies, pipeline, bookings, renewals, and other GTM data domains.
    • Reconcile metrics across Salesforce, Aviso AI, BI dashboards, executive reporting, and source-of-truth data platforms.
    • Partner with Data & AI, IT, Revenue Operations, and vendors to improve data mappings, metric logic, refresh timing, hierarchy alignment, field definitions, and integration reliability.
    • Ensure revenue metrics are explainable, repeatable, and aligned with approved business definitions.
  • Forecast, Pipeline, and Revenue Operations Support
    • Support revenue operating rhythms including forecast reviews, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, executive business reviews, leadership performance reviews, and leader-level reporting.
    • Improve platform workflows that help leaders inspect pipeline health, forecast confidence, deal risk, coverage gaps, sales execution, data hygiene, and performance trends.
    • Partner with business stakeholders to redesign processes where needed to improve forecast discipline, pipeline inspection, platform adoption, data hygiene, and executive visibility.
    • Ensure the platform supports key revenue operations capabilities such as pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, deal progression, stage movement, commit/best case analysis, slippage, renewals, and sales productivity.
  • Analytics, Dashboards, and Business Analysis
    • Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, scorecards, executive views, and role-based insights within Aviso AI and related platforms.
    • Analyze Salesforce CRM, Aviso AI, and GTM data to identify business trends, metric discrepancies, adoption issues, process gaps, pipeline risks, and forecast opportunities.
    • Conduct business analysis and data analysis outside of Aviso AI as needed to support GTM priorities, performance reviews, platform decisions, and strategic revenue initiatives.
    • Develop business-ready narratives, insights, and recommendations that help leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken.
    • Support AI-driven prompts, MIKI-style insights, recommendation templates, and guided revenue intelligence experiences.
  • Stakeholder Partnership and Enablement
    • Act as a bridge between the Data & AI team, Sales teams, Revenue Operations, IT, and platform vendors.
    • Gather stakeholder feedback, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of the revenue intelligence platform experience.
    • Create user documentation, prompt guides, training materials, best practices, and enablement content to improve adoption.
