The Operations Analyst supports Professional Services and Customer Success globally, primarily focusing on the International Geo. This individual provides key business insights to BMC PS leadership for timely decision-making and effective communication with peer leaders in Product Business Units, License Sales, Services Sales, Customer Success, and Services Practices to enhance delivery capabilities and offerings
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Drive and participate in new, strategic initiatives that positively impact the organization in a meaningful way.
- Facilitate the creation of and accountability to a vision/strategy charter with associated KPI's and drive operational activities such as onboarding, staff meetings, etc.
- Deliver dashboards & presentations to support key executive meetings, including QBRs, Reviews, and ELT meetings while providing end-to-end operations management and analytics.
- Manage and lead programs that support key priority initiatives.

Requirements and Experience:
- · 3-5 years in finance planning and analysis or sales operations analysis
- · Experience in professional services or customer success industries is a plus
- · Project management skills are a plus
- · Excellent written/verbal communication skills (in English)
- · Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced team environment
- · Strong decision-making skills and drive for results
- · Problem-solving abilities and professional attitude
- · Strong team player and innovative thinker
The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is €27,225 - €45,375 Min salary 27,225
