Description

This position will focus on assisting the Benefits Lead with administrative tasks. This is a high-activity role where one will need to demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time, plan independently and prioritize as appropriate. This is a temporary assignment (30-60 days).

Job Responsibilities

· Provide reports to other departments and external companies

· Communicate with employees and HR business partners through emails, tickets and phone to answer general inquiries

· Complete weekly discrepancy reports from benefit carriers

· Complete weekly funding of the 401k and H.S.A. plans

· Handling and filing of confidential information

· Submit weekly invoices for various benefit vendors

· Special projects and other duties within benefits and/or the Human Resources functional group in general

Required Qualifications

· 1 year or more experience within Human Resources function with exposure to LOA policies and procedures

· High attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

· Experience with Microsoft Office; including Excel in particular, Outlook and Word

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and work under strict time constraints

· Ability to follow a project through to completion with minimum direction

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working within HRIS system preferably Workday

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$25.00+
