Description

The Customer Support Advocate - Provides support to customers as the first-tier of contact for inquiries and problems regarding satisfaction, technical support, billing, product service, status of orders, product selection, placement of orders, complaints, returns, shortages, expediting of order, requests for related order documents.  The advocate will identify the  customer issue and initiate action for repair, replacement return or service.

In this role, the Customer Support advocate will be responsible for identifying issues related to customer contacts and determining the  proper solution for the customer. The primary goal of an advocate is to make every attempt to resolve the customer's issue on the first call to increase customer loyalty.  

As a member  of our Customer Support team, they must display a positive attitude and a passion for helping our internal and external customers.  

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Expertise: Minimum of 1 year in Customer Support discipline 

  • Driven: Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

  • Customer-centric: Maintain a strong focus on delivering a world-class & fun experience for our customers

  • Multi-tasker: Excellent organizational skills including the ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities

  • Bookworm: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • Detail-oriented: Sweats the small stuff when it comes to everything from commas to pixels, but doesn't let the weeds get in the way of building against a big vision

  • Achievement-focused: Roll up your sleeves and get stuff done (everyone has a bias for action and wears multiple hats at Bob's!)

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$17.00/Hour
