Description

The Merchandising Operations Assistant supports the merchandising team by coordinating product procurement, managing samples, and ensuring efficient execution of operational processes. This hybrid role, based in a collaborative team environment, requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external vendors. Onsite presence is required 2–3 days per week, with occasional travel to local store showrooms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong technology proficiency and reporting abilities
  • Knowledge of merchandising, products, and industry trends

Physical Demands

  • Occasional lifting/moving of samples (swatches, panels, hardware) up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and perform other movements with or without accommodation
  • Capable of moving objects up to 50 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
