Description

The Routing Specialist supports multiple departments in coordinating a successful delivery and service for customers while maintaining well organized runs for delivery carriers and service technicians.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday - Saturday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm

(Sundays & Tuesdays off)

Pay: $18.50/hour

 Job Responsibilities

• Manage all requests sent to Routing from multiple departments
• Create delivery runs by utilizing any unused delivery trucks post original routing
• Apply a truck to orders and merchandise sent to the stores for Customer Pick-Up
• Import delivery and service information onto each drivers' tablet for their Delivery/Service
• Use basic math and data entry to maintain stops for customers, and schedule deliveries and services
• Research existing delivery and service runs and accommodate last minute time frame requests for customers as appropriate
• Unlock or remove customers from existing delivery and service runs upon request

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Adapts well to change
• Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
• Basic computer skills
• Types 35-40 words per minute and can effectively toggle through multiple screens
• Working knowledge of various computer systems and programs (Microsoft Outlook and Excel, etc)
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including overtime, weekends and evenings

• Advanced computer skills
• Working knowledge of:
  • SAP
  • EWM
  • SharePoint
  • Citrix
  • Dispatch Track
