Product Support Specialist – Outlet & Back-End Operations
Job Overview
Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things the right way? As a Product Support Specialist at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll be responsible for ensuring our outlet and showroom merchandise is assembled, handled, and repaired with care—ready to deliver value to our customers. Your work directly impacts store success by reducing product damage and shrink, all while contributing to a clean, safe, and well-staged retail environment.
Work Environment:
This is a physically active role based in a retail store and warehouse setting. It involves lifting, assembling, staging, and repairing furniture, as well as adhering to safety and visual merchandising standards. Schedule includes retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to lift, move, and assemble heavy furniture (up to 50 lbs. unassisted; 200 lbs. with assistance)
Capable of bending, standing, kneeling, walking, and using tools for extended periods
Ability to move safely through all store areas including warehouse, showroom, and outlet
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience assembling and/or repairing furniture
Previous experience in back-end retail or warehouse support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify product quality and repair opportunities
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
