APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
Bridgehaven has an immediate opening for an APRN. This position provides advance practice psychiatric/mental health nursing services to Bridgehaven members and mental health nursing input to individualized service planning and program delivery.
Coordinates and provides holistic health assessment and interventions through the Ramona Johnson Bridges to Health Clinic. Develops, reviews, and implements health and medically related policies and procedures. Provides psychiatric rehabilitation (psych rehab) and recovery interventions to members, documents services and participates in evaluating service effectiveness through member goal attainment. Education and/or Experience: APRN with current Kentucky license. Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing or related field with certification as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist or as a Psych APRN. Five years of experience in advance practice psychiatric nursing, preferably in a community-based setting. This is not a prescribing position.
