Job Description
Our Financial Institution (FI) ATM division is looking to hire a ATM Technical Manager in the Dallas area. This person will serve in the Financial Institution Center of Excellence, managing complex FI/Advanced ATM deployments and field issues, and supporting field ATM techs on complex issues. The individual will need to be highly motivated and detail oriented. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Expert-level ATM diagnostics, troubleshooting and configuration
- Resource across all of PAI for issues with FI/Advanced ATMs.
- Work closely with field ATM Techs to help them resolve difficult ATM issues
- Training of junior ATM technicians at onboarding, and coaching them as they develop
- Process and policy development, and continuous improvement for all stages of ATM lifecycle
- ATM staging in preparation for deployment, to include configuration gathering from customers and coordination with ATM processors
- ITM expert: all aspects of deploying and operating core-connected, video-assist, deposit-taking ITMs
- Teller Cash Recycler deployment, configuration, repair and troubleshooting
- Field ATM work when required to meet customer service needs and to train technicians in the field
- Perform related duties as business needs present themselves, within your scope of practice

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma required
- College Degree preferred
- 5+ years of previous ATM experience preferred
- Previous Supervisor/Manager or trainers experience a plus
- Demonstrated success as a technician for FI/advanced ATMs and/or ITMs
COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of computer networking
- Working knowledge of PAIReports a plus
- Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The position is based in an office environment, to include an ATM lab with multiple machines and a warehouse. There will be field work at customer sites, both near the home office location and also requiring travel. The working environment can be distracting due to noise. Constant moving up/down/around the job site area. Must have the ability to bend, reach over your head and to individually lift or move up to 250 lbs. assisted with a hand-dolly.
SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions. The position will be required to lead training for field technicians and evaluate the trainees, but not act as a direct supervisor.
A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required. Position requires successfully passing a drug test prior to hire and upon any accident / incident or discharge of firearm while on duty.
