Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Coppell in a hybrid work environment.
This critical role involves developing and executing innovative demand generation campaigns that generate and nurture leads, drive engagement and build pipeline from in-person events and ABM initiatives.
Through a mix of offline and digital campaigns targeting specific industry verticals and key accounts, this high-impact role will drive Brink's growth initiatives forward.
Success in this role will be measured by increased engagement within target accounts and personas and generating pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Develop demand generation strategies and execute campaigns aligned with Brink's U.S. and Canada business objectives and target audience across two core functions:
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Partner with Sales, Sales Ops and Marketing to identify target accounts (account fit, relationship depth, GTM engagement touchpoints, buying intent signals etc.)
- Develop and execute personalized Account-Based campaigns (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many and Growth ABM) tailored to specific account needs and challenges.
- Generate pipeline through ABM strategies, leveraging data and insights.
Event Marketing:
- Develop a comprehensive event marketing strategy in partnership with leadership and stakeholders across all Lines of Business to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize impact.
- Oversee the successful execution of event marketing strategy for large industry events and smaller, more intimate events in conjunction with field marketing efforts.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, from vendor and venue selection to contract negotiation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide budget recommendations across different channels and events and proactively manage budget and track expenses to drive a positive ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to design and implement lead nurturing campaigns and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Partner with content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, testimonials, white papers etc.
- Partner with the sales ops team to develop dashboards to measure and report on performance and insights improve ROI. Identify sales funnel issues proactively and ensure a timely resolution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Strong experience in crafting ABM strategies and successfully running ABM campaigns and ABM certifications from 6Sense, Demandbase, ITSMA or similar organizations.
- Experience managing event logistics and driving positive ROI from events.
- Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on ROI. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
