Job Description

Role Summary:

The Director, Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and partnership across 10 countries and 950 headcount, working closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. This role will be accountable to drive people strategies across Brink's businesses, while also serving as a strategic HR Business Partner and coach. This position requires a driven people leader, comfortable with leading in a matrixed global organization, who will collaborate closely with business and Human Resources leaders, ensuring alignment to global goals, fostering functional synergies and developing talent across the geography. The strategic HR business partner will lead transformation projects, manage large-scale change initiatives and guide HR teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive growth and employee engagement.

Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese would be an added plus

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, addressing both regional and global challenges

▪ Identifies, develops, and coaches team members, providing personalized growth opportunities, and fostering an inclusive, motivating work environment that drives engagement and retention.

▪ Provide expert HR advice and insights to senior business leaders in the countries you oversee, ensuring HR strategies support organizational growth

▪ Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on key business decisions related to workforce management, global transformation, change initiatives and talent management

▪ Manage complex change initiatives across countries, ensuring smooth transitions, minimal disruption and high levels of employee engagement

▪ Directly manage and mentor HR business partners and teams in multiple countries, ensuring they have the right support, resources and guidance needed to succeed

▪ Foster a high performing culture by driving employee engagement, coaching leaders on effective team dynamics and addressing performance opportunities ▪ Drive company culture by assessing current state and gaps, developing plan to communicate and reinforce Brink's values and culture to enable us to develop and maintain a high performing, values-based organization in support of the company's objectives

▪ Act as a strategic lead to the business and lead people discussions to ensure we have the right size organization with the right people in the right roles. Provide consultative support in the organizations structure and design to ensure support of the short- and long-term goals of Brink's

▪ Ensure that the business is compliant with local labor laws, regulations and best practices while proactively staying ahead of future laws and regulations

▪ Provide governance for HR processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and operational excellence

▪ Partner across HR Centers of Excellence to streamline HR processes, improve efficiencies and implement new HR technologies where applicable

▪ Identify best practices- both from within and outside of Brink's; recommending innovative opportunities to drive HR strategies to the next level

Qualifications:

▪ Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple countries or regions or sizable country level team

▪ Proven track record in managing large scale transformation and change initiatives

▪ Experience leading and developing teams and working with senior leaders ▪ Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Masters preferred ▪ 25-35% travel is required ▪ Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Portuguese would be an added plus

▪ Strong strategic thinking with agility to align HR practices with business goals and influence leadership

▪ Ability to work in a matrixed environment, integrating cross functional input and guidance into priorities and solutions

▪ Ability to manage the strategic and tactical execution of HR programs simultaneously

▪ Ability to overcome resistance to organizational change, influence all employees to embrace and lead change initiatives

▪ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

▪ Advanced understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations and HR best practices

▪ Expertise in talent management, performance management and leadership development across different cultures

▪ Outstanding analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
