Job Description

This global role will play a critical part in delivering financial insights and ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial data across countries, segments, and corporate reporting. While the position supports a variety of planning and reporting activities, the primary focus will be on Cash Flow – including actuals, forecasting, and annual planning – as well as long-range planning. This is a great opportunity for either a high-potential Senior Analyst looking to deepen FP&A expertise and grow into broader ownership, or an experienced FP&A professional ready to step into or already operating at the Manager level with the ability to lead initiatives. Title and scope will be commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with Cash Flow and Balance Sheet analysis, and a strategic mindset with interest in supporting long-range planning and modeling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cash Flow Reporting & Forecasting – Support the design and implementation of process improvements for cash flow reporting. Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close process, including consolidation and analysis of actuals and forecasts. Perform variance analysis on key cash flow drivers and partner with country teams and corporate functions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Cash Flow Planning – Support the development and consolidation of the annual Cash Flow plan, collaborating with Segments and Corporate functions to align assumptions and outputs.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis – Contribute to long-range financial modeling and strategic planning deliverables, prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports as needed to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Board & Earnings Support – Assist in preparing materials for the Board of Directors and quarterly earnings reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • 4-8 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in FP&A, with level/title determined based on experience
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and cash flow
  • Experience supporting business-unit or country-level finance (not just Corporate FP&A)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong analytical skills – ability to identify trends, key drivers, and actionable insights.
  • Experience with Cash Flow and Balance Sheet variance analysis and forecasting is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems (Oracle PBCS, SmartView, or similar).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and summarize insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail; able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when working with sensitive financial data
