Certification Details
• Must include New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate
• Profile must include current licenses/certifications uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and permanent address)

Job Details
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
• Participates in patient and family teaching
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
• Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
• Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
• Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
• EMR: Epic
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at the time of profile submission
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted

Job Requirements
• 2+ years Med Surg experience
• Must be willing to float to Kingsbury Unit (MS)
• EPIC experience
• ACLS - Strongly Preferred

Schedule Information
• BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED/CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
• RTO requests after profile submission will not be approved

Unit Specific Information
• Traveler may be required to float to Kingsbury Unit (MS) as needed

Additional Details
• Covid vaccinations strongly recommended, but not required
• As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training
• Training certificates accepted from CPI, AVADE, or MOAB
