REQUIREMENTS  

Job Description Summary: Develop relationship between Operations and Non-store support, through streamlined communication. Creates, implements, and oversees internal communications and processes to ensure messages are consistent and engaging.

Job Description Essential Functions:

  • Develop effective communication strategies and monitor success.
  • Define key performance indicators for each communication channel.
  • Manage internal communication applications(Microsoft Teams, Email, Reporting, Etc.)
  • Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, updates)
  • Manage meeting coordination across the division.
  • Foster relationship with Operations and Non-Store Teams
  • Collaborate cross functionally to produce clear and consistent messages.
  • Assist in communication strategies from executive and senior leadership.
  • Serve as a liaison for operational related questions.
  • Manage Operational Excellence related initiatives and projects as needed.
  • Manage customer service to support Operations/Stores for Advertising/Marketing Department
  • Involvement in various BU activities and initiatives including Events, Charitable Activities, etc.
  • Involvement in various BU projects related to Operational Excellence

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with business communications.
  • Excellent communication(oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite.
  • Five years of experience or more in retail industry.
  • May require up to 30% of travel.
  • BS/BA in public relations, communications, or relevant field is  preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational, project, and planning abilities.
