BRANCH ENABLEMENT COORDINATOR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Branch Enablement Coordinator ensures seamless execution of branch related technology upgrades, compliance-driven processes, business continuity planning, and operational support across the PBB Division. This role bridges vendor coordination, regulatory adherence, and system implementation while maintaining continuity in critical branch functions. This colleague plays a critical role in operational readiness activities for branch expansion, relocation, and renovation projects.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Project Management & Implementation
  • Partner with the Manager of Branch Enablement Operations to lead PBB division projects, resolve open issues, manage risks and controls, and address colleague pain points through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead coordination for the TCD Replacement, managing vendor relationships (Corporate Security, Premises, ARCA) and branch personnel to replace units, including scheduling, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive the IBS Teller & Teller Capture Migration Project, overseeing:
  • o Technical Business Requirements Documentation and Training Content
  • o End-to-end testing (TCR integration, CTR reporting, Conductor aggregation).
  • o Data mapping for scanned item types via VSoft and Synergy integration.
  • o Transition from legacy systems (TellerInsight) to IBS Teller, ensuring compliance and functionality.
  • Support time-sensitive weekend validations for OS patching and Technology & Innovation (T&I) requests across Production/Non-Production environments.
  • Application Ownership & Operational Support
  • Functions as one of the application owners for the Teller Platform: coordination of upgrades and enhancements, creating and maintaining training content, and revising PBB desktop procedures timely and appropriately.
  • Provide technical support for the Teller platform to the branches including TCR balancing, troubleshooting, new hire setup, technical error resolution, and operational guidance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (T&I, vendors, branches) to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities for digitization/efficiency gains.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years in banking operations, project management, and technology implementation.
  • Proficiency in TellerInsight, IBS Teller, VSoft, and Synergy (or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of SCRA, CTR, and regulatory requirements for financial operations.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Flexibility for onsite tasks and weekend support during critical project phases.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
